The investor is required to familiarize themselves with the investment risks and agree to the platform's terms before investing.

2. Subject of Complaint

You can only complain about:

  • Borrower insolvency
  • Delays in repayments
  • Reduction of interest rate
  • Changes in investment conditions
  • Risks associated with investments

3. How to Submit a Complaint

A complaint can be submitted electronically to the email: support@inflaguard.com or via the contact form on the website.

The complaint must include:

  • Investor's full name
  • Investment number
  • Description of the technical problem
  • Screenshots or evidence of the problem

4. Complaint Handling Deadlines

We will handle the complaint within 30 days of its receipt.

5. Special Provisions for Investments

The investor acknowledges:

  • Investing in loans carries the risk of investment loss
  • The platform does not guarantee returns
  • The investor is fully responsible for their investment decisions
  • Investment contracts are binding and cannot be unilaterally terminated
